In the new open window, right-click on your AirPods and choose the Properties option from the menu that appears, then click on the Services tab, remove the checkmarks next to the AAP Server, Hands-free telephony, and Wireless iAP options and press the Apply buttons each.

Now, right-click again on the AirPods item, select the Control item from the menu that appears. In the new open window, first press the Disconnect button and then the Connect button to disconnect and reconnect your Apple earphones.
